Casting Director

Verity Naughton CDG

Verity is a London based Casting Director working across projects in Film, TV and Theatre. She is a member of the Casting Directors Guild of Great Britain & Ireland, and a founding member of their equality, diversity & inclusion group, alongside 11 other members.

She has over 15 years experience and has since worked alongside Casting Directors Jina Jay, Kate Ringsell and Dixie Chassay.

Senior Casting Assistant

Isabel Swanson

Izzy joined VJN Casting in January 2022 before graduating from the NFTS Casting Certificate facilitated by Jane Arnell, Jina Jay and Shaheen Baig.

She previously worked in marketing and social media for various companies including film festival 16 Days 16 Films, a national education charity and an online lifestyle publication after completing a degree in English Literature at Royal Holloway, University of London.

Casting Assistant

Alicia Pears

Alicia has been working for VJN Casting since February 2024, whilst also studying towards the NFTS Certificate in Casting. 

She has a master’s degree in Film, TV and Screen industries from the University of Nottingham and worked for board game company Asmodee before undertaking an internship with The Walt Disney Company in LA.
